1. Agreement to Terms

2. Disclaimer of Warranties (Hardware & Software)

JKS Technologies acts primarily as a reseller and integrator of third-party barcode hardware and enterprise software. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• Hardware: All third-party hardware sold is subject solely to the original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) warranty. JKS Technologies provides no additional warranties on hardware unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom Statement of Work.
• Software: All proprietary and third-party software is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that software operations will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Limitation of Liability for Consequential Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL JKS TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, WAREHOUSE DOWNTIME, LOSS OF DATA, OR SUPPLY CHAIN INTERRUPTIONS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

4. Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE)

While we strive for accuracy, the information on our website (including product specifications, pricing, and availability) may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
